Contract and ownership
ProfitVena owns connected marketplace facts and the commercial entitlement. Yasnora owns the finance.intelligence.v1 calculation runtime. ai.finance is the capability grant checked for the active tenant and workspace.
Values and formulas
Money always carries currency; quantities carry units; durations use explicit days; percentages retain their denominator and period. Observed, derived, estimated, missing and censored values remain distinct. DIO, DPO and cash-conversion cycle are calculated only for comparable periods and valid denominators.
Lineage and immutable replay
Each result binds source revisions, assumptions, period, currency, mapping revision, entitlement and reservation. Replaying the same accepted reservation returns the same persisted result and cannot consume an additional unit.
Security and action boundary
Tenant, workspace, mapping, grant, source revision and actor are rechecked. The output is a reviewed draft/export only and cannot transfer funds, create procurement orders, modify prices or perform accounting entries. Internal platform cost accounting is separate and never becomes a customer assumption.
