Product ownership

ProfitVena owns product and variant facts, workspace access, validation, review decisions, the media library and manual delivery. Yasnora supplies authorized image operations and returns status and lineage through authenticated server-side calls. The browser does not receive service credentials.

Source and identity boundary

Every source and result stays bound to one organization, workspace, product, listing and visible variant. Rights basis and image role accompany the source. An edit may change presentation but must not invent brand, color, material, package contents or marketplace claims.

Rules, review and versions

Validation uses the effective rules selected for marketplace, country and date. Findings distinguish blocking changes from warnings. Human review decides approval, rejection or revision request; a later version does not silently overwrite a reviewed result.

Usage and recovery

Deterministic preparation and AI-assisted work remain distinguishable. Usage is recorded only after eligible processing completes. Idempotent retry and reconciliation prevent a duplicate completed result from consuming usage twice. Degraded AI processing does not remove access to catalog facts, stored media, validation or completed exports.

Revision timelines and outcome evidence

An outcome snapshot binds the visible marketplace evidence to a specific approved media revision and bounded before-and-after windows. The classification distinguishes descriptive association from controlled evidence; association is not causation and must not be presented as a proven media effect.

Missing, censored, stockout, contaminated, stale and insufficient evidence remain named states. Controlled evidence additionally requires stable assignment, sufficient observation, clean integrity and satisfied experiment guardrails. Reviewers can export the bounded evidence record for independent inspection.

Delivery boundary

The supported delivery path is a reviewed ZIP export. A completed asset is not a published listing. Direct publication is unavailable here; any future publication action must be separately enabled, previewed and confirmed.
