Availability statuses

Distinguish implemented code, deployed service, active policy, user entitlement, and ready data.

Levels

Implemented: code and contract exist.
Deployed: a version runs in an environment.
Active: regional policy permits the feature.
Available: plan and role permit it for the user.
Ready: required data and dependencies are healthy.

Documentation language

Documentation describes behavior and boundaries without promising a provider is currently active. Check subscription, connections, and system status for live availability.
