Effective access

A capability is usable only when the active plan or independent grant includes it, the user and workspace scope allow it, its data inputs are ready, quota remains and the service is available. A route or HTTP 200 alone does not prove readiness.

Package capability progression

• Start: Analytics, Product 360, Channel Economics, AI Assistant, basic alerts and exports.
• Growth: Start plus Forecast, Inventory, Watch, scenarios, Finance Intelligence with 20 monthly runs and one executive briefing schedule.
• Business: Growth plus Logistics, decisions and approvals, Finance Intelligence with 100 monthly runs, advanced governance, API and multiple entities.
• Enterprise: Business plus 500 monthly Finance Intelligence runs, larger bounded quotas, configurable policies and support commitments.
• Procurement, Pricing, Marketing, Returns and Voice remain add-ons only after their own acceptance.

Quota dimensions

• Users, marketplace accounts, active SKUs and history depth.
• AI credits, forecast series, Watch rules and decision scenarios.
• Logistics shipments and executive brief schedules where included.

Automatic Yasnora entitlement

An eligible ProfitVena subscription provisions its included Yasnora capabilities automatically through the durable grant outbox. Customers do not require an allowlist or manual activation. The grant remains tenant/workspace scoped and cannot expand source permissions.

Trial and lifecycle

Trial uses the fixed bounded evaluation profile described in Help. Grace, retention and downgrade rules preserve readable results and stable resource IDs while paid work is paused.
