Semantic metric: versioned formula with units and valid dimensions.

Governance

Entitlement: effective feature right from plan and policy.
Scope: resources where a permission applies.
Idempotency: repeating an operation without repeating its effect.
Compensation: controlled action reducing an already completed effect.

AI

Grounding: tying an answer to permitted sources.
Evidence: verifiable fact supporting a conclusion.
Confidence: qualified context sufficiency, not a business guarantee.
