Product media governance and fidelity model

Architecture reference for product binding, rights, image operations, video fidelity, usage evidence and publication boundaries.

Ownership boundary

ProfitVena is authoritative for organization and workspace access, product and visible-variant facts, rights references, marketplace policy selection, review decisions and publication state. Yasnora performs an authorized provider-neutral media operation and returns status, manifests, fidelity evidence and usage receipts through authenticated server-to-server contracts. Provider credentials never enter the browser.

Immutable lineage

Every source and result binds the organization, workspace, product, listing, visible variant, source hash, fact revision, policy revision and actor. A revision creates a new traceable result; it does not overwrite prior review evidence. Deletion and retention events remain scoped and auditable.

Image processing controls

Deterministic transforms and AI-assisted image work remain distinguishable. Templates, brand kits and batches are bounded by current authority and quotas. Marketplace validation runs against the effective policy revision, and a human resolves blocking findings before approval.

Video fidelity controls

Quick Product Clip is deterministic. AI Product Motion is separately gated and quoted. Its result is sampled before asset creation; appearance and color comparisons, RU/EN OCR tokens, introduced-brand checks, source and frame hashes, rejection reasons and the complete decision digest become immutable evidence. A failed fidelity decision cannot become an approvable result.

Usage and recovery

Reservations, provider task references and terminal receipts make retries and reconciliation idempotent. A final receipt records the governed attempt even when fidelity rejects the output, while duplicate completion cannot consume usage twice. If AI processing is unavailable, catalog facts, stored media, deterministic preparation, review history and approved exports remain accessible.

Publication boundary

Creation, validation and approval do not mutate a marketplace listing. Images leave the workflow through a reviewed ZIP package and video through an approved MP4. Any connector-based publication must be a separate capability with destination preview, current authority checks, explicit confirmation and an immutable receipt.
